Princess Anne Hunt is privileged to hunt the beautiful farmlands and historic plantations along the James River. We welcome visitors and if you are interested in riding with us or visiting a hunt on foot, please contact one of us.
Princess Anne Hunt meets on Wednesdays and Saturdays (Sundays during the deer hunting season) from October through March. The Hunt maintains approximately 25 couple of Old English, English and Crossbred fox hounds with kennels and stables located on the grounds of Sherwood Forest Plantation in the heart of the Hunt’s present day territory.
